Q: What are your business hours?
A: We are open Mondays-Fridays from 7am-3pm. You're always welcome to give us a call at 214.448.2482 during business hours or even drop by! Someone is always available to give you the shop tour.
Q: Can we get a quote on our project?
A: We're more than happy to provide quotes for our services! Quotes are dependent on the estimated cost of materials and labor, so the more information you're able to provide us, the more accurate your quote will be. You can contact us using the form on our website or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I have a major architectural project that I need builders on. Are you the guys?
A: While we have some fantastic carpenters and fabricators as part of our team, we are a scenic company. Our specialties cover the world of film, television, and theatre, as well as museums, parks, and recreation. We can certainly provide you a quote and consider anything you send our way, but because architectural carpentry is a bit outside our line of usual work, you're probably going to want to shop around.
Q: I have this wacky idea but no idea how to execute it or where to start. Can you help me get a design out?
A: This is our bread and butter. We have an excellent design team that specializes in idea interpretation. Send us all of your ideas in an email or schedule a call with us to discuss what you need, and we'll work out a quote for design consultation!
Q: I already have a design and its specs. Can you build it for us?
A: Absolutely! While we have our own internal design team, we are more than equipped to send your design right to our shop floor for the fabrication team.
Q: Do you do custom lighting and technical production?
A: We can outfit designs with basic lighting and often incorporate LED elements into our builds but typically outsource advanced and custom technical work to specialists and professional technicians.
Q: How much lead time do you require for custom builds?
A: On a regular basis, we recommend at least a 3-4 week lead time for all deadlines. However, our busiest seasons take place leading up to the winter holiday seasons and after the new year. Therefore, we recommend a lead time of at least 2 months for anything between August-October and January-February.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: We typically hire on a project-by-project contract basis but as we are expanding, we will sometimes open up a new staff position.
